the small small countries are coming up in sports and games. why india with millions of millins population canot make any land mark in the area.
it was noticable in the games some of the ites dont have participants from indian side.
why indian governement is not going for reservations for back ward casts in games ans sports.
internationally there is no rule for a 1000mtrs race for the reservation community need to run only 800 mtrs.
